We vote Kent Gustafsson in as Master Mechanic of the meeting for making his repair on the Jansson Pantera.

Kent Gustafsson is able to repair a bad distributor gear in record time.

Mr. Mats Gorski presents Dorthe and Cristiano Rossi with a commemorative platter with an enscription honoring them for organizing this millennium reunion of DeTomaso owners.

Roland Jackel of Amenersbek, Germany picked up top honors as the fastest Pantera on the racing circuit in Sweden.

Roland Jackel's Pantera will be featured in the fall issue of Pantera International. Find out how he built and raced this special, GT5-S targa. A rare Pavesi targa at that.

Our special friend, Mr. Jan Pellissier, the Press Officer for DeTomaso Modena S.p.A. brought us up to date on all of the latest happenings at the factory.

Mats Gorski spins his Pantera in the wet but gathers it up quickly to resume his lap without incident.

Facing traffic briefly, Gorski demonstrated superb car control by keeping his car out of the center barrier and out of harms way from the other Panteras on the track.

Collecting the rear end, the pilot is ready to resume his lap on the racing circuit.

Proof positive that Mats was able to finish the event without any further incident.

All photos are digital images taken with a Nikon Cool Pix 950

Mats Gorski explains the fast line around  Sturup Raceway in Sweden to Linda Adler who left her Pantera at home and had to settle for wheeling an Audi A3 around the circuit.

The complete story and more photos of the entire event will be presented in our next issue of Pantera International - Fall 2000. Please don't miss it! Thank you.

We thank the Svenska DeTomaso Klubben and Dorthe and Cristiano Rossi for permitting us to participate in this fantastic event. We look forward to the next event in 2002 in  ?
